- Kubozuka Yosuke es un artista de reggae con el nombre de Manji LINE (卍LINE).
- Es partidario de la "Operación Kodomotachi", una organización que trabaja en el daño por radiación a los residentes en las áreas afectadas por el Gran Terremoto del Este de Japón.
- En mayo de 2003, se casó con una mujer no celebridad.
- En octubre de 2003, nació su hijo Airyu.
- En 2004, sobrevivió después de caer 26 metros desde su apartamento en el noveno piso en la ciudad de Yokosuka, Prefectura de Kanagawa. En ese momento, chocó con una cerca a unos 9 metros del edificio, pero debido a que el suelo era pasto, sufrió heridas graves como una fractura abierta del cráneo.
- El 12 de junio de 2012, anunció su divorcio y que la custodia custodio de su hijo quedo a su cargo.
- El 15 de diciembre de 2015, anunció su matrimonio con la bailarina de reggae Yuka Sugawara (菅原優香) (apodada "PINKY").
