Putthipong Assaratanakul nació en Bangkok, Tailandia. Su padre inicialmente consideró darle el apodo de "Eeyore", pero más tarde lo cambió a "Bill". Un día, su hermano de cuatro años lo llamó "Billkin", y el nombre fue adoptado. Completó su educación secundaria en el Colegio de San Gabriel. Estudia administración de empresas (programa internacional), especialidad en marketing en la Facultad de Comercio y Contabilidad de la Universidad de Thammasat, y se matriculó en 2018.
