Pre Debut[]

El 7 de noviembre de 2023, funcionarios de la industria anunciaron que el nuevo grupo lanzado por PLEDIS Entertainment nueve años después de SEVENTEEN han completado todos los preparativos para su debut oficial a principios de enero del próximo año.

Horas mas tarde, PLEDIS declaro: "Es cierto que estamos preparando un nuevo grupo para el primer trimestre de 2024". Añadió: "No se han decidido otros detalles relacionados con el debut y proporcionaremos información adicional, así que muestren su interés".

El 20 de diciembre de 2023, PLEDIS Entertainment habilito las cuentas de redes sociales oficiales de TWS, el próximo grupo de chicos de la compañía.

2024: Debut con su primer mini-álbum 'Sparkling Blue'[]

El 27 de diciembre de 2023, se anuncia el lanzamiento de su primer mini-álbum Sparkling Blue para el 22 de enero del 2024. Como pre-lanzamiento, el grupo estrenará su primer sencillo digital Oh Mymy : 7s para el 2 de enero.
