Gracious Revenge is a 2019/2020 Korean drama about a woman who was raised to take revenge for her mother.

Synopsis[]

A story of a woman who was raised as a tool for her mother's revenge and her dangerous love life will be introduced.

Carrie Jung lost her husband and child. She now lives only to take revenge on those responsible for their deaths. Carrie Jung raises Han Yoo Jin as a tool in her revenge plan. Han Yoo Jin is a smart and beautiful woman, but she falls in love with a man who she should not love.[1]

    • This drama took over the timeslot previously occupied by "A Place in the Sun" and was followed by "Fatal Promise" on March 30, 2020.[2]
    • First script reading took place in September 2019 at KBS Annex Broadcasting Station in Yeouido, South Korea.[2]
    • Baek Seung-Hee was first cast to play Hong Se-Ra, but was replaced with Oh Chae-Yi sometime after the first script reading and before the drama series began to air.[2]
