Growing Season is a 2020 South Korean campus romance web drama of Playlist Studio.
All the lead actors are new to acting who previously had supporting roles. Park Su Ah had a support role in The Penthouse: War in Life, Park Ji Won in Arthdal Chronicles Part 1: The Children of Prophecy, Find Me In Your Memory, etc, and Kim Chae Eun in Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo, Dokgo Rewind, etc. The series premiered on vLive on December 10, 2020 and on PlayList Global on December 17, 2020.
Synopsis[]
Three female university students are thrown together when their teacher tells them to work as a group on preparing a report about sex and love. But this trio comprises very different members: seniors Heo Ji Yoo and Kang Ha Young have crossed paths before, but there is bad blood between them as the former is an assertive, strong-willed, free-spirited, and adventurous young woman who took time off college to “have fun.” Kang Ha Young has a much more conservative outlook, has a long-term boyfriend, and hopes to become an exchange student. Meanwhile, the ever-cheerful junior Ban Ah In is totally inexperienced when it comes to intimacy – although she frequently dreams of having her first sexual experience with her co-worker at the cafe where she works part-time.
As they begin to work on the project together, the three women eventually strike up a close bond despite all of their differences. But when unexpected health matters crop up, the people they thought they could rely on for support threaten to desert them. Could their friendship help this trio navigate the complicated landscape of young love?[1]

- Park Ji Won as Heo Ji Yoo
- A 2nd year in Business Administration at Seoyeon University. took a leave of absence for two years. The reason is simply because of school life and no fun. Young & Rich, who owns the building after a web novel she wrote in high school became a hit.
- Kim Chae Eun as Kang Ha Young
- Seoyeon University, 4th year of Business Administration. Although she is overrated, she has a good personality, and is the object of envy for living together as a long-lived couple for 4 years. However, in reality, she is the type of person who cannot tell others about her worries and only suffers inwardly.
- Kim Kang Min as Park Soo Ha
- Ah In's best friend for 10 years. He is a medical student at a local university. Although being best friend for 10 years, he doesn't know anything about Ah In, and Ah In doesn't know anything about him either.
- Choi Yoon Je as Han Seo Bin
- A chef who runs a small restaurant.
- Kang Yoo Seok as Wi Seon Woo
- Ha Young's boyfriend and CPA student. He's older than Ha Young, but somehow has a younger brother-like personality, and he's a bit immature.
- Choi Jae Won as Ahn Beom Joon
- Cafe Refill Part-timer. Ah In's love. A skilled dating expert who knows both love and women very well.
