Doom at Your Service[1][2] or better known by the title: Love at First Sight / Doom at Your Service: the Philippine Adaptation (Korean: 당신의 서비스에 파멸) is a 2023 Philippine fantasy romantic-period drama television series currently broadcast on Kapamilya Channel and took the timeslot of The Iron Heart. The series is based on the 2021 South Korean drama series of the same title starring Park Bo-young and Seo In-guk and was directed by Paco Sta. Maria and Jeffrey R. Jeturian, whose reunion together directed previously 2018's Playhouse starring Angelica Panganiban, Zanjoe Marudo and, Carlo Aquino. The 45 episodes were concluded, which was until June 19 to August 18, this one in the very least series conducted regarding the timeslot acquisition of The Iron Heart. The few episodes that are the most total reach 108 episodes available on the Amazon Prime Video platform.
The series stars Erich Gonzales[3][4] and Justine Seavey II, said to be their fourth reunion project in ABS-CBN, who used to be a love team, and the two were ex-lovers who started to break up they were in 2014. Sandino Martin, Javi Benitez and Jane Oineza appear in supporting roles.[5]
The series premiered on the network's Primetime Bida evening block, Cine Mo!, A2Z Primetime Weeknights, TV5's Todo Max Primetime Singko, and worldwide on The Filipino Channel from June 19, 2023 to August 18, 2023.
Synopsis[]

Lourdes (Erich Gonzales), an architect and editor for a web novel company, lives a fairly ordinary life until she stumbles into an unexpected fate. All in a single day, she finds out she is dying from Testicular cancer and little of glioblastoma and has only five months to live, learns that her boyfriend is a father-to-be and has a wife, gets scolded by her superior at work, and is spied on by a pervert before the pervert falls into a sinkhole.[6]
Drinking her problems away, she happens to see a shooting star from her rooftop apartment and drunkenly wishes for the world to be doomed. Her wish is heard by Blaze (Justine Seavey II), a messenger between gods and humans. He was born between dark and light: when he breathes, countries disappear; when he walks, the seasons collapse; when he smiles, a life is extinguished. All he has to do is exist for something to fall into ruin. This is not his intention but simply his fate. On his birthday, he gets to choose a human's wish to fulfill. Sick of his fate, he chooses to fulfill Lourdes's wish to end the world.
Lourdes (Erich Gonzales) ends up signing a hundred-day contract with Blaze (Justine Seavey II), risking everything she has ever known.

Television Inserted Accuracy of Doom at Your Service Philippine adaptation controversy[]
It appears that in early August of 2023, the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) in Philippines issued a temporary suspension order for the airing of the television drama "Doom at Your Service", which is a South Korean adaptation that was set to be inserted into the timeslot and place of the primetime series "The Iron Heart" on the Kapamilya Channel. The suspension was due to concerns about the content of "Doom at Your Service" and whether it would meet the standards set by the MTRCB for television programming in the Philippines. The MTRCB also recommended that the Kapamilya Network exercise greater caution in its selection of programs to be aired in the future, and advised the channel to strictly follow the television content guidelines set by the MTRCB in order to avoid similar incidents in the future. The series was first announced under 'Dreamscape Entertainment' with the first casting of Erich Gonzales and Justine Seavey II, former lovers who seperated in 2014. And this is their fourth installment project that reunited the last project film in 2018's Flowerness of Weathering. Dreamscape Entertainment has announced the remake of the South Korean television series Doom at Your Service starring Park Bo Young and Seo In Guk. The actor Justine Seavey II is back for a teleserye after the first-reunion project that his Primetime Bida teleserye Sleep with the Balcony has ended on November 18, 2022.
This is the second directed by Jeffrey R. Jeturian and Paco Sta. Maria in their previously directed together in Playhouse (2018).
Dreamscape Entertainment chose Paco Sta. Maria to direct a Filipino remake of Doom at Your Service and co-direct Jeffrey R. Jeturian who also directed Doom at Your Service: The Philippine Adaptation from Dreamscape Entertainment.
In this concept, Jeila Dizon also stars as a butterfly by Justine Seavey II, as the Goddess in the series. As this is her first career as an actress.

The most-awaited television series Doom at Your Service from Dreamscape Entertainment is set to air on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Onlive Live, The Filipino Channel, TV5 and Viu (including advance episodes). Fantasy romance drama series 'Doom at Your Service' is set to air starting June 19 on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, The Filipino Channel, Kapamilya Online Live and TV5, on June 17, advance episodes can be watched on iWantTFC and Viu.

On July 12, 2022, who are once again announcing their debut, Justine Seavey II, Erich Gonzales will be shown as the main cast. Jane Oineza, Sandino Martin, Jeila Dizon, Javi Benitez and Yves Flores are also involved as main characters alongside Erich Gonzales and Justine Seavey II.
On September 12, 2022, Dreamscape Entertainment announce casting for join-forced for Yves Flores, Reign Parani, Markki Stroem, Gladys Reyes, Sandino Martin and Rolando Innocencio.
On September 17, 2022, Jeila Dizon was included from his first acting career, Dreamscape Entertainment has announced.
On October 8, 2022, Dreamscape Entertainment announces most powerful cast for teleserye Doom at Your Service such as, Nicco Manalo, Priscilla Meirelles, TJ Trinidad, Ricardo Cepeda, Miggy Campbell, Juan Miguel Severo, Madeleine Humphries, Mary Joy Apostol, Edgar Allan Guzman, Xyriel Manabat, Bangs Garcia, Patrick Garcia, Icon Nourish, Yogo Singh, Jesse James Ongteco, Luke Alford, Kaila Estrada, Ivan Carapiet, Pinky Amador, Azi Villanueva, Izzy Canillo are being joined in the teleserye.[24] This is one of the most powerhouse casts with a total cast of only 18.
On the day of October 19, 2022, it was announced that some of those who joined the series were only cameo roles and some of them were supporting characters.
On December 23, 2022, Jeffrey R. Jeturian and Paco Sta. Maria removed the increased cast to fit only the 18 members involved in the series.
Partnership between ABS-CBN, Viu, Studio Dragon/Next Entertainment World[]
According to Viu, Love and First Sight are included in their upcoming projects to be released as well as The Broken Marriage Vow and this is for second joining forces between Viu and ABS-CBN in parallel with the new twists in the adaptation of the series in Doom at Your Service.[25][26]
This is the stipulation partnership deal offered by Studio Dragon and Dreamscape Entertainment.
On November 19, 2022, Studio Dragon/Next Entertainment World will join forces to introduce a South Korean television drama Doom at Your Service which is scheduled to premiere on tvN in May 2021.
On December 12, 2022, Viu rejoined the signing of the contract given to ABS-CBN which expires in 2024, and also arranged to air this series with advance episodes similar to The Broken Marriage Vow.

Doom at Your Service: The Philippine Adaptation is broadcasted by Kapamilya Channel and A2Z (Philippine TV channel) and production via by RGE Drama Unit and distributed of ABS-CBN Entertainment.
The series will also be broadcast in, Kapamilya Channel and A2Z, on Viu, and via Korea, tvN streamer software, TVING. In Seoul, South Korea. The adaptation of Doom at Your Service premiered on June 11 and ended on July 22, 2023.
