The Cursed (Korean: 방법; Bangbeob) is a Korean television series directed by Kim Yong Wan. Its cast includes Uhm Ji Won, Jung Ji So, Sung Dong Il, and Jo Min Soo. It aired from February 10, 2020 to March 17, 2020 every Monday and Tuesday. This series was aired on tVN.
Synopsis[]
Im Jin Hee is an enthusiastic reporter, out to do the right thing. She covers a violent case involving Forest, the biggest IT company in South Korea. The chairman of Forest is Jin Jong Hyun, who relies heavily on shamanism. During her investigation, Im Jin Hee learns of a spiritual consulting company that is affiliated with Forest. The head of that affiliate company is Jin Kyung. While trying to reveal the secret behind Forest, Im Jin Hee meets So Jin, who is possessed by a spirit and has a special ability. [1]

She is a persistant reporter under Joong Jin Daily who will stand against injustice. Although she gets hyperfocused in her work, she is a loving wife to Sung Joon.
- Jung Ji So as Baek So Jin
She is an out of place student and orphan. She gets bullied by people, but she holds the power of being a performer of procedures.
- Sung Dong Il as Jin Jong Hyun
A well known and liked chairman of the company Forest. However, deep down he is sadistic and hides his true goal behind his app.
- Jo Min Soo as Jin Kyung
She is the trusted shaman of Jong Hyun who has knowledge and connections to protect him.
- Jung Moon Sung as Jung Sung Joon
The police captain of Seojong Police Station who is persistant to investigate Forest. Despite being busy and away from home, he cares and worries about Jin Hee.
- Kim Min Jae as Lee Hwan
Jong Hyun's loyal right-hand man. He doesn't fully understand why his boss is into shamanism, but he will do anything to help Jong Hyun because he is successful.
- Lee Joong Ok as Chun Joo Bong
Jin Kyung's right-hand man and student who is very clumsy, but tries to assist her with her needs. Although his nature is opposite of his mentor, he is impressive when it comes to research.
- Kim In Kwon as Kim Pil Sung
He is a former detective who now runs his own private company. When it comes to work, he is very thorough and makes sure he is able to execute his client's requests.
- Go Gyu Pil as Tak Jung Hoon (Ep. 7-10)
He is a sweet professor who studies spirits, folklore, and talismans. He helps Jin Hee and Sung Joon figure out the meaning behind the items of Jin Kyung.

He is a detective that is desperate for money to the point that he accepts a bribe from Forest to become their insider man.

He is loyal to Jin Kyung, and because she is loyal to Jong Hyun, he carries out his orders.
